At SG Fitness, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. SG Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. SG Fitness is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
