Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering errors.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact SG Fitness within 5 days of delivery. Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required to review your claim.

If SG Fitness confirms that an item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by SG Fitness.
